1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using soyouami ("Platform", "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to post content that is hateful, harassing, violent, sexually explicit, or defamatory. You agree not to impersonate others, spread misinformation, or engage in spam. Violations may result in score penalties, temporary suspension, or permanent ban.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting on soyouami, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content on the Platform.

5. Scoring System

The SoYou Score and Vibe Score are proprietary algorithms. Scores are calculated based on community engagement. Attempts to manipulate scores through fake engagement are prohibited and may result in account termination.

6. Reports and Moderation

Each verified report carries triple the negative impact of a dislike on the reported user's SoYou Score. False reports may negatively affect the reporter's score. Users with excessive reports may be permanently banned.

7. Premium Features

Some features require payment. Payments are processed via PayPal. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods.

8. Go Live & Monetization

Go Live and monetization features are unlocked based on score thresholds. soyouami reserves the right to modify these thresholds at any time. We collect a 15% platform fee on all earnings generated through Platform-facilitated transactions.

9. Privacy

Your data is collected and processed per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share aggregate, anonymized data for platform improvement.

10. Limitation of Liability

soyouami is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
